  Notes	Las Vegas Review-Journal, 16 March 2010 Beulah Bassett Beulah Verne Bassett, 86, passed away March 12, 2010. She was born Nov. 10, 1923, in Falls City, Wis. She was a longtime resident of Nevada with her husband, Eugene who preceded her in death in 2002. She retired from the Barbary Coast Hotel after 15 years of service. She was vice president of the Englebert Humperdinck Fan Club for several years. Beulah is survived by seven children, Randy, Dewey, Becky, Barb, Denise, Diane and Peggy; 15 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. Viewing will be from 10 a.m.-noon Tuesday, March 16, with services following, both at Davis Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will be Thursday, March 18, at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, in Boulder City.
