BASSETT – at the residence, RD 1, Schaghticoke, Town of Easton, Jan. 30, 1965, Mrs. Katherine E. Bassett; mother of Allen H. Bassett of RD 1, Schaghticoke, and Richard C. Bassett of Lewisburg, Pa.; daughter of the late Sanford Allen and Adella Grifford Buckley; also survived by five grandchildren.
Funeral at the convenience of the family. Burial in Elmwood Cemetery, Schaghticoke. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Feb. 6, at 3 p.m. at the Memorial Baptist Church in Mechanicville with the pastor, Rev. J. Ralph Davie, officiating. There will be an opportunity following the service for friends to greet Mrs. Bassett’s family in the assembly room of the church. Funeral arrangements are in charge of the Dunn Funeral Home, 319 Park Ave., Mechanicville.
