  Notes	St. Albans Daily Messenger, October 11, 1978 Mrs. Gene (Elizabeth J.) Bessette Mrs. Gene Bessette, 59, of 106 Rose St., Burlington died unexpectedly late Monday evening at St. Albans Hospital. She was born in Linwood, Mass., Sept. 21, 1919, daughter of Albert and Emily (Mason Martel) Racicot. Mrs. Bessette was a member of St. Joseph Parish and of St. Anne’s Society. She is survived by her husband, Gene; two sons, Arthur Bushell of Charlotte and Jerry Bushell of Burlington; one daughter, Mrs. Floyd (Patricia) Paquette of Shelburne; one sister, Mrs. Harold (Pearl) Fawfaw of Warwick, R.I.; one brother, Rainey Racicot of Colchester; 12 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 9 a.m. at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church. Interment will follow in the Mount Calvary Annex. Friends may call at the Boucher and Prtichard Funeral Home, 85 N. Winooski Ave., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Members of St. Anne’s Society will meet at the funeral home at 7 this evening for prayers.
