Margaret T. Bessette
Margaret T. Bessette, 86, formerly of Hannah Street, died yesterday at Miriam Hospital. She was the widow of Leon F. Bessette.
A lifelong resident of the city, she was a daughter of the late Sylvester and Elizabeth (Duffy) McMahon.
She leaves three sons, Leo S. Bessette of Coventry, Joseph F. Bessette of West Greenwich and Edward T. Bessette of Jasper, Ga.; three daughters, Irene V. Pysz and Kathleen T. Bousquet, both of Coventry and Rita E. Hickey of West Warwick; 19 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held Monday at 8 a.m. from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith St., with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Teresa's Church, Manton Avenue, at 9. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston.
