Margaret E. ?Margie? (Rowe) Bassett, age 85, of Warwick, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, August 21, 2022. She was the wife of the late Norman G. Bassett. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Frank H. and Viola R. (Lury) Rowe, she lived in Warwick for over 20 years. She is survived by two sons and two daughters, Charles E. Bassett, Cheryl A. Bassett, Norman J. Bassett, and Ann M. Dickey, all of Warwick; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Harold Rowe, Frank Rowe, Rita Cogean, and William Rowe. Her funeral service will be held on Friday, August 26, at 10 a.m. in the Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Avenue, Spring Green, Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited, and may visit at the funeral home on Friday from 8 - 10 a.m. Burial will be in Pawtuxet Memorial Park, Warwick.
