Webster-Bassett
A very pretty informal wedding took place at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Huron B. Webster at Morton Wednesday Jan. 6 at 12 o’clock, when their younger daughter, Mildred Emily, was united in marriage to Mr. Wilbur Prosser Bassett, of Morton. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Dr. Strassenburg. Only they immediate relatives and a few friends were present. The bride wore a traveling suit of dove colored broadcloth, with a hand embroidered white silk blouse. After the wedding breakfast Mr. and Mrs. Bassett left for an extended eastern trip. The bride received many very pretty and useful presents.
