Miss Cecile Bessette Wed O.A. Charrette
Easthampton, Jan. 25 – The wedding of Miss Cecile Rose Bessette, daughter of Mr. And Mrs. Napoleon Bessette of 72 Ferry street, and Oliver Aurele Charrette, son of Mrs. Germain Charrette of 15 Parston street, took place this morning at 8 at the Notre Dame church. Rev. Joseph H. Foueault, curate, performed the single-ring service. Mrs. Rose Desnoyer, organist, played for the service, Aurele Peletier, uncle of the4 groom, sang, Mrs. Lauretta Bissette, sister-in-law, also sang. The bride was attended by her sister, Miss Georgette Bissette, and the groom’s attendant was his cousin, George Dupree, Jr.
A wedding breakfast was served with 50 present from this town, Holyoke and South Hadley. The couple left for a trip of unannounced distination. They will live at 50 Parsons street. The bride is a graduate of Notre Dame school and is employed at Lesnow brothers. The groom is a graduate of Sacred Heart school in Northampton and is employed at the Hampton company.
