  Notes	Bennington Banner, Thursday, February 24, 1966 Mrs. Bessie L. Woodlock NORTH BENNINGTON – Mrs. Bessie Lena Woodlock, 71, widow of John F. Woodlock, of Mechanic Street, died Wednesday night at Putnam Memorial Hospital in Bennington. A daughter of Arthur W. and Lena (Heinel) Bassett, she was born in North Bennington Feb. 10, 1895. For 26 years she was a salad chef at Bennington College. She was married to Mr. Woodlock and he died a few years ago. She was a member of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Bennington. Survivors are an uncle, Fred Heinel of Manchester Center; two cousins, Frederick P. Heinel of Manchester Center and Mrs. Pauline Beebe of Manchester Center; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Winifred Bassett of 249 West 101 St., New York City. Funeral services are pending at Hanson – Walbridge Funeral Home, Bennington.
