Bassett-Jodoin
Laura M. Bassette, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Horace Bassette of 65 Pine Street, and Henry J. Jodoin of 121 Church Street, Chicopee, were married in St. Joseph’s Church at 7.30 o’clock yesterday. Rev. Joseph M. Bissonette performed the ceremony.
The couple was attended by Horace Bassette, the bride’s father, and Albert Hebert, an uncle of the bridegroom. The bride was attired ina blue crepe du chene gown with hat to match, and carried an arm bouquet of Killarney roses.
Following the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served in the home of the bride’s parents in Ludlow. Mr. and Mrs. Jodoin left in the afternoon for a wedding trip to Providence, R.I., and upon their return they will make their home in Ludlow.
