She was born on November 11, 1942, in Mooresville, NC to the late Henry "Mote" and Leona Wilson Morris. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Gary Ernest Bass and son, Ritchie Allen Bass. Those left to cherish Brenda's memory are her daughter, Gina Bass Strange; sister, Peggy M. Humphries; the light of her life her granddaughter, Hanna Elizabeth Strange; niece, Pam Hill (Mitchell); nephew, Keith Humphries (Marie) and several great nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at Glenwood Memorial Park, Mooresville with Rev. David Klinedinst officiating. Cavin-Cook Funeral Home, Mooresville is proudly serving the Bass family.
