Olive G. Brown
Brown, Olive G., 76, of Crows Run, Reader, West Virginia died Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at her home.
Olive was born June 7, 1933 in Crows Run, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Benjamin and Austa Bassett Furbee.
Olive was a wonderful mother and homemaker; she loved her family and a lady, who loved her Lord.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, “Harm” Brown (October 2009); a brother, Benjamin and sister, Louise.
Surviving are her two sons, Harman Brown and his wife, Melissa of Reader and Ronnie Brown and his wife, Connie of New Martinsville; three daughters, Debra Brown, Ida Morris and her husband, Ron and Mary Jane Brown all of Reader; seven grandchildren, Ava Morris, Ronald Morris, Ruby Morris, Lily Morris, Olivia Brown, Benjamin Brown and Whitney Noland; several nieces and nephews and several good friends and neighbors.
Friends received 1-8 p.m., Friday, April 16, 2010 at Williams Funeral Home, 226 N SR 20, Pine Grove, West Virginia where services will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, April 17, 2010 with Leary VanHorn officiating. Interment Furbee Cemetery on Furbee Ridge in Reader, West Virginia.
