Earl H. Hazzard, age 64, of 3 Mill Street, died Wednesday, March 16, 2011, at Saint Vincent Hospital, Worcester.He leaves his wife of 39 years, Sharon A. (Bessette) Hazzard of Webster; one son, Pedro Hebert of Webster; two step-sons, Christopher Couture of Webster and Alex Sierra of Webster; thirteen daughters, Tammy Gevry of Webster, Esther Aldarawcheh of Nashville, TN, Kim Dejesus of Southbridge, Nola Parmentier of Putnam, Karen Greenwood of Webster, Tina Andino of Southbridge, Cindy Nunez of Southbridge, Benita Hebert of Webster, Amy Melendez of Putnam, Erica Hebert of Oxford, Kathy Dion of Putnam, Laura Hebert of Virginia and Lynn Casagranda of Florida; one brother, Sidney C. Hazzard Jr. of Southbridge; four sisters, Ida Lamountain of Webster, Mary Hebert of Woodstock, Elizabeth Cable of Providence and Carol Warwick of New York; 33 grandchildren.He was born in Southbridge, son of the late Sidney C. Sr. and Esther (Greene) Hazzard and lived in Webster most of his life. He was a supervisor at Ken Wool in Rhode Island.Earl was a U.S. Army <http://www.legacy.com/legacies/army/?personid=149419852&affiliateID=1732>, Vietnam veteran and was awarded the Purple Heart <http://www.legacy.com/legacies/purple-heart/?personid=149419852&affiliateID=1732>. He was a member of the P.N.A in Dudley and the V.F.W <http://www.legacy.com/legacies/vfw/?personid=149419852&affiliateID=1732>. in Putnam. His family was most important to him.A graveside Military funeral will be held on Monday, March 21, 2011, at 1:00 p.m in Mount Zion Cemetery, Webster. Please go directly to the cemetery. Calling hours at the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School Street, Webster are Sunday, March 20, 2011, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
