- Susan Basset Vs. Nymphas Basset - Divorced
Shelby Circuit, Superior and County Courts
Come the parties by counsel and thereupon this cause is submitted to
the Court for trial and the Court after examining all and singularly the
proofs adduced, find the allegations in said Plaintiffs complaint alleged to
be true. It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court, that the
marriage contract heretofore existing between the said plaintiff and the said
defendant be and the same is hereby wholly dissolved annulled and held for
naught the same as though it had never been consummated and they are hereby
divorced. And the said defendant is ordered to pay the cost herein. All of
which is finally ordered by the Court.
