Mr. Goodsell was born in San Jose, California, April 23, 1883, and came to Portland about 1900. He operated Palace Motor Company, the city's first Ford and Lincoln agency. Survivors include the widow, Lorena; two sons, Donald, Burbank, California; and Robert, Seattle; and one daughter, Mrs. Geraldine Clark, Eugene. Private funeral and interment will be Tuesday in Seattle.
