  Notes	Utica Observer-Dispatch, Tuesday 10 May 2005 Marie E. Bassett of Utica Marie E. Bassett, 87, formerly of 601 South Street, passed away Monday, May 9, 2005, at St. Luke's Home. Marie was born on August 20, 1917 in Taber, NY the daughter of Edwin and Bessie White Bassett. She was employed with the Mid York Library System until her retirement. Marie leaves her many dear friends, who were her family, from the Moravian Church of the Good Shepherd, AARP and the various senior groups she belonged to. Funeral services will be Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Nunn & McGrath Funeral Directors, 470 French Road, Utica, with the Rev. Wanda Weidman officiating. Friends are invited and may call from 1:00 p.m. until time of services. Interment will be in Maple Hill Cemetery, Taberg.
