    • Laura was about 40 years of age when she married Clarence. Laura, her twin Flora and their brother Lyman inherited the Baker farm at the death in 1893 of their mother, Harriet Goodrich Bassett, who had survived her husband. Before Lyman married the girls bought his interest and lived there alone until Laura married. At the death of her twin, Laura Bassett Andrews inherited the farm and later sold it to the Central Maine Power Co., who put in the Wyman Dam at Moscow. The farm is now under 115 feet of water (1947). Laura had no children.
