  Notes	East Granby, 1914 Mr. and Mrs. David Bassett celebrated their sixtieth wedding anniversary with a family gathering at their home Sunday. Mr. Bassett was born in East Lee, Mass., and Mrs. Kate Morgan Bassett in South Farms, this state. They were married in East Lee and lived there seven years. For the past fifty-three years they have resided in East Granby. They gift from their children was presented with an appropriate speech by their son, Fred Bassett of Rainbow. They have had seven children, two of whom died in infancy. Those remaining are Wilbur Bassett of Windsor, Mrs. Silas Wood of West Suffield, Mrs. A.N. Stillman of East Hartford, Fred Bassett of Rainbox and Mrs. H.C. Stowell of East Granby. They also have six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
