  Notes	David came to Arkansas in 1828 with his parents and sister and her husband, Ludovicus Belding. They settled on land along the Ouchhita River that later became known as the Lawrence Station. The narrow gauge railroad of 'Diamond' Jim Reynolds bordered the northeast corner of this property and this station was later built across the track and a little to the east. He gave a hand written deed to each of his daughters, giving them each half of his land before his death.
