  Notes	The Malone Farmer, Wednesday, 2 Sep 1903 A big family reunion was held Thursday afternoon at the home of William Bassett in the northeast part of the town when 74 descendants of Daniel Bassett, a former well-known resident of Constable, were present. Invitations had been sent to every known relative and although there were many that could not be present enough were in attendance to make the gathering a most delightful occasion.
