    Item 3rd I give to my son Isaac the whole of my land containing the plantation whereon I now live with all improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging One horse, Bridle and Saddle of his choice one Cow and Calf of his choice and one Heafer of his Choice and four head of Sheep One feather bed and Stead and furniture and one new home made Rug Two large pewter plates and two mugs and Six Earthen plants and One wool wheel and one Flax wheel and One painted Chest and one Table of his Choice and one gallon pewter Bason One Brass Teapot and Three setting Chairs and Six quart jug and one pot of his Choice and one Black Silk handkerchief and one Spoted Shall and one Wheat box to him and his heirs forever, and one pair of Flat Irons.
    Item 4th I give to Penelope and Wm. Hosea one Feather Bed betwixt them and I give Sd Penelope one legged Chest to her and her heirs forever - - - - - - - -

    The Ballance of my estate I leave to be sold and after paying my Just Debts and legacies I give to be equally Divided among the Whole of my children to them and their heirs forever,
    I constitute and appoint my Son Jeremiah Bass and my Friend Jacob Fulghum Executors to this my last will and Testament in Witness whereof I have set my hand and Seal this 29th day of May 1823
