\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Yesterday morning Chief of Police Baxter\u2019s attention was called to the fact that a 14-year-old boy had come into the railroad yards on a freight car and was nearly frozen. The boy was found to be Nelson Bassett, whose parents live at 64 Lake street, Ogdensburg. Bassett was sent to the school of Rev. Father Baker, Buffalo, N.Y., some time ago, but recently ran away, working his way from Buffalo to Watertown on \u201cfreights.\u201d Bassett\u2019s feet were badly swollen and his hands were frost-bitten.
