Descendants of Bassetts Ice Cream founder, Lewis D. Bassett, at his gravesite in Mount Moriah Cemetery on National Ice Cream Day. Continuing the family ice cream tradition are Alex Bassett Strange, Eric Bassett (6th<\/sup> generation), Roger Bassett and Michael Strange (5th<\/sup> generation). Thank you to the Friends of Mount Moriah Cemetery who arranged to have LDB\u2019s gravestone cleaned and reset for the event.<\/p>\n
