Sharon Bassett
ZIONSVILLE - Sharon Bassett, 55, died Friday, June 16, 2006, at Indiana
University Medical Center.
She and her family established the Sharon L. Bassett Fund in 2000 to help men
and women dealing with breast cancer. The fund has provided financial
assistance to hundreds of families in Indiana and Illinois.
She is survived by husband, Dennis; son, Darin; sister, Karen Rayfield; and
brothers, Larry, John and Ron Masengale.
A private family service will be today, with 1 p.m. graveside servic
Sunset Memorial Park in Danville, Ill.
