BURLINGTON, July 4 ? Clay F. Marlette, 63, died at his home this morning after several years of failing health. He was a native of Alamance County. Survivors; wife, Mrs. Beulah Bass Marlette; a stepson, Winfred GBass of Burlington; a sister, Miss Claudia Marlette of Greensboro; two brothers, Lawrence and Albert Marlette, both of Greensboro. Funeral 2 p.m. Monday, Rich and Thompson Funeral Home, the Rev. Frank McGuire, burial Alamance Memorial Park.
