BESSETTE ? The family of Florence Bessette (nee Leray), born February 24, 1914, sadly announces her passing at 92 years of age, on Wednesday, September 6, 2006 surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her two sons, Marcel (Bev) of Saskatoon and Alfred of Calgary; six daughters, Agnes of Saskatoon, Florence Naychuk of Trail, BC, Cecile (Bert) Wolfe of Saskatoon, Rose of Kelowna, Delphine of Saskatoon and Alma (Dave) Zurowell of Winnpeg; 25 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Elda Duclaux, Therese Bessette and Celia Bessette, all of Saskatoon; last remaining cousin, Paul (Lillian) Leray of St. Brieux; As well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Rene; two sons, Wilfrid and Gerald; two granddaughters, Carol Musty and Deborah Thomson; brother, Giles Leray; sisters; Yvonne, Marguerite and Marie Jeanne FDLP, Irene Painchaud and Annette Miller; brothers-in-law, Arthur, Hubert and Herve Bessette; sisters-in-law, Alice Duclaux, Estelle Suignard, Constance L?Henaff and Aline Rudulier. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice or the St. Paul?s Building Fund. The Vigil of Prayer will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 10, 2006 at St. Ann?s Chapel, 2932 Louise Avenue. The Funeral Mass and celebration of life will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, September 11, 2006 from St. Mary?s Roman Catholich Church, Avenue O and 20th Street. Arrangements have been entrusted to Westwood Funeral Chapel (653-3434).
