Wife of John Greenly of Hardwicke i/t/p. Eardisland co. Hereford Wheelwright. My last Will in pursuance of powers &c. given me in the will of my late husband John Boarne alias Bourne late of the parish of Dilwyn co. Hereford yeoman deceased, and in an Inventive dated on or about 1 Nov 1836 made between 1. Richard Parry 2. The said John Greenly and myself, and 3. James Thomas Woodhouse.
Trustee & Executor: John Tong of Hardwicke co. Hereford aforesaid Rode-surveyor-messuage, lands & c. at or near a field called Stacking Field in the sub parish of Dilwyn and al other estate &c. upon trusts following – to sell and monies arising upon trust to pay James George Woodhouse of Leominster co. Hereford Gentleman 40£ sterling, and residue between an amongst Anne the wife of Josiah Davies of Ivington i/t/p Leominster, farmer; Sarah the wife of John Hawkins of Pembridge, grocer; Jane the daughter of Mary Bassett the wife of Thomas Bassett of Kingsland, shoemaker; Jane the daughter of John Greenly the younger of Hardwicke, farmer; and my niece Elizabeth Bennett (her share from the debts control or interference of her present or any future husband).
