  Notes	Providence Journal, Rhode Island, Thursday, March 19, 1992 Barbara Bassett Barbara Bassett, 63, of 79 Lawton Ave., a bookkeeper and co-owner with her husband of the Bassett Electric Co., Norwalk, Conn., died Tuesday at Rhode Island Hospital. She was the widow of John E. Bassett. Born in Central Falls, a daughter of the late William and Mildred (Handy) Feather, she lived in Norwalk for many years before moving to Westerly eight years ago. Besides her husband she leaves two sons, John Bassett of Southbury, Conn., and Robert Bassett of Warwick; two daughters, Donna Edwards of New Milford, Conn., and Sharon Kovacs of Waterbury, Conn.; three brothers, Willard Feather of Cumberland, Donald Feather of Lincoln, and William Feather of Pawtucket; a sister, Doris Rayno of Attleboro, Mass., and eight grandchildren. The funeral service will be held tomorrow at 10 a.m. at the Rushlow-Iacoi Funeral Home, 64 Friendship St.
