She was preceded in death by her husband, James Bass; one daughter, Debbie Ellington. Funeral service will be at 10 AM Thursday, June 18, 2015 at Cross Pointe Church in Van Buren with burial at Gill Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren. She is survived by two daughters, Karen Richards and husband, John of Van Buren, Paula Ellington of Van Buren; One son, Jimmy Bass and wife, Wanda of Van Buren; one sister, Joann Roberts of Spring Valley, CA; five grandchildren, Jimmy Bass and wife, Rachel, Eric Richards and wife, Jennifer, Gerry and Joey Bass all of Van Buren, Amanda Garcia and husband, David of Bay City, Texas; Nine great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Eric Richards, Joey Bass, David Campbell, David Weese, Billy Poston and Tony Anderson. Honorary pallbearers will be her grandchildren.
