  Notes	Providence Journal, Rhode Island, Tuesday, January 27, 1953 Henry Bessette Henry Bessette, husband of Johanna (Highland) Bessette, formerly of 51 Cedar Street, Pawtucket, died yesterday at the Old Folks Home, Main Street, after a brief illness. Born in Stanbridge, Quebgec, Mar. 21, 1873, he was a son of Nazaire and Vita (Lanoue) Bessette, and came to this country 65 years ago. He had resided ni Pawtucket for 25 years. Besides his wife, he is survived by four sons, George and Leo Bessette of Pawtucket, Edmund of Attleboro, and Gerald Bessette of North Attleboro; four daughters, Mrs. Delia Menard and Mrs. Pauline Gastafson, both of Pawtucket, Mrs. Marie Lennon of Diamons Hill and Mrs. Helen McLean of Wollaston, Mass.; a brother, George Bessette of Central Falls; two sisters, Miss Delia Bessette of Central Falls and Mrs. Caroline Abercorm of Fall River; 16 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held tomorrow at 8:15 a.m. from the Prata Funeral Home, 372 Broadway, Pawtucket, with a high requiem Mass in St. Mary?s Church at 9. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery.
