Mr. Bass was employed at Bohl Equipment as a sales representative until moving to Houston, Texas, in 1977. In 1998, he and his wife, Sue retired to live at the Continental Country Club in Florida. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Irene and Harrison Bass and brother, Ron Bass. Jerry is survived by his wife, Sue (Pearson) Bass; sons, David of St. Petersburg, Florida, Steven of Houston, Texas and John (Laura) of Ocklawaha, Florida; grandchildren, Samantha, Michael, Clinton, Stephanie, Thomas and Rachel; brother, Richard Bass of Curtis, Ohio; sisters, Laura Scherer of Swanton, Ohio, Mary Denner of Toledo, Ohio; extended family and loving friends. He will greatly be missed by everyone that had the pleasure of meeting him.
