  Notes	Dallas Morning News, Wednesday, January 6, 1971 Mrs. Cecil Bassett Mrs. Cecil E. Bassett, of 4417 Windsor Parkway, a former school teacher and Dallas resident for 15 years, died here Tuesday. Mrs. Bassett was born in Attica, Kan. She was graduated from Kansas State Teacher?s College in Emporia and had taught in Kansas and Santa Fe, N.M. She was a member of the Highland Park Methodist Church and the Women of Rotary. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in the Highland Park Methodist Church. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
