- Dixie B. Bassett, 73, passed away on Monday, April 23 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Funeral services will be held Friday, April 27 at 1:30 p.m. from the Church of the Nazarene in Arnold with Rev. David Goldsmith officiating.
Mrs. Bassett is survived by her husband, Percy; one son, Duane of Blythedale, Mo.; four daughters: Maxine Joedeman of Cushing, Oklahoma, Faye Wrinkle of Lancaster, Calif., Norma Jean Williams of Everett, Wash., and Carolyn Eberley of Anaheim, Calif.; also by two brothers: Everett Zierlein of Lake McConaughy, Nebr., and Leonard Zierlein of Ottoe, Wyo.; three sisters: hazel Weber and Mable Prell, both of Arnold and Nettie Ellis of Phillips, S.D.; and also by 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be at 9 a.m. on Thursday, April 26 at the Arnold Funeral Home.
A memorial has been established in her name.
Interment will be in the Arnold Cemetery.

Funeral services were held on Friday, April 27 from the Church of the Nazarene in Arnold for Dixie B. Bassett who passed away on Monday, April at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Rev. David Goldsmith and Rev. Thomas Caryle officiated at the services.
The music was furnished by Mrs. Kenneth Yanken and Mrs. Rod Watson.
Pallbearers were grandsons: Ed Bassett, Bobby Williams, Bruce Williams, Mark Joedeman, Jeff Wrinkle, and Bill Ward.
Interment was in the Arnold Cemetery, with the Arnold Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
She was born on April 6, 1911 east of Arnold, Nebraska.
