Clarence Emanuel Bass, age 98, went to be with the Lord, January 1, 2019. He and his beloved wife, Evelyn Singleton Bass (predeceased in 2000) established the Bass Floor Surfacing Company in 1946. They had a successful company for 34 years. Clarence was President of Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International, Orlando Chapter, in 1992. Clarence was an usher for 30 years at Calvary Assembly. Clarence loved his family but most of all loved his Lord. Clarence is survived by his son, Clarence Lamar Bass (Lydia Leone Bass) and Glenda Bass Wolf (Dan Wolf), 8 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great- grandchildren. A funeral service will be held Monday, January 7, 2019 12 p.m. in the Carey Hand Colonial Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Glen Wolf officiating. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Orlando, Florida. A visitation for friends will be held one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
