  Notes	The Seattle Daily Times, Washington, Tuesday, 26 March 1963 Charles Bass Funeral To Be Thursday Funeral services for Charles T. Bass, 81, of 8536 16th Av. N.W. Will be at 1 o?clock Thursday in the Evangelical Free Church. Burial will be in Crown Hill under direction of Wiggen & Sons mortuary. Mr. Bass died Sunday in a nursing home. Born in Oconee, Ill., he went to St. Andrews, Douglas County in 1906 and came here in 1921. He established the Bass Construction Co. first a cement contractring firm and now a road-building firm. Mr. Bass retired five years ago. He was a member of the Associated General Contractors. Surviving are his wife, Palmer L.; three sons, William L., and Leland R., both of Seattle, and C. Lowell Bass, Bellevue; a daughter, Mrs. Alfred Prahinski, Edmonds; two sisters, Mrs. Ross H. Bobbitt, and Mrs. Ray Marsland, both of Aurora, Ill.; a brother, James Bass, Ramsey, Ill., ten grandchildren and a great-grandson. The family suggest rememberances to the Evangelical Free Church.
