  Notes	Boston Herald, Wednesday, October 7, 1936 Leon A. Bassett READING, Oct. 6 ? The funeral of Leon A. Bassett of 3 Parker street, who was killed when a pole he was working on in Howard street fell yesterday, will take place at 3:30 tomorrow afternoon at the Edgerly & Bessom Funeral Home. The Rev. Russell D. Cole, pastor of the Old South Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Laurel Hill cemetery. Mr. Bassett leaves a widow, Mrs. Ethel M. Bassett, and a daughter, Marion, a student in Reading High School.
