Fall Fred Bessette, 46, of Norwich met instant death last night when he fell 35 feet from the Central Vermont Railroad overpass to the cement roadway of the Boston Post road at Palmer, Mass. Found in the road, he was at first believed to have been struck by an automobile, but later police investigation disclosed that he had been walking along the tracks and that he probably stumbled in the dar.
