Rodney Bassett Receives Compound Fracture
Of Leg In Accident

NEWCOMERSTOWN, O. ? Oct. 15 ? Rodney Bassett aged 10 years, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Bassett, Church street, is suffering a compound facture of the left leg and body injuries as a result of being struck by an automobile.
The young lad had been riding on the running board of another car. He jumped off of the car and ran into the path of a machine driven by a man from Plainfield.
He was taken to the Coshocton City hospital.
