Bass, age 68, of Coventry, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday, January 1, 2014.Born May 30, 1945 in Barberton, he was the son of Alfred and Gracie (Ziegler) Bass. Mr. Bass was a U.S. Navy Veteran and had retired from Preferred Rubber in Barberton. He enjoyed spending time with his family and would meet each morning at the Sand Bar to have coffee and spend time with his friends.Survivors include his sons, Randy (Jeniece) and Scott (Brandy) and grandchildren, Morgan, Brian, Camdyn, and Logan.Cremation has taken place.
