She graduated from Granite High School and attended North Texas State University. She was a former saleslady for the John A. Brown Dept. Store for 25 years, and a member of the First Southern Baptist Church of Del City. Survived by 3 daughters, Earlene Cox and her husband, Charles of Mustang, Melba B. Fuller and her hsuband, Fred of Mountainburg, Ar., Marilyn Haynes and her husband, Floyd of Mustang; 2 brothers, Bob C. Bassett and his wife, Betty of Mustang, Harold Bassett and his wife, Jeri of El Reno; 15 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Services 2:00 p.m. Monday, Gene Adams Chapel, interment in Memorial Park.
