A petition of Thomas Wilburn and Tabitha his wife, (who was Tabitha Bass), Elizabeth Bass, widow of John Bass jun. deceased, and guardian of John and Mary Bass infant heirs and devisees of John Bass jun. who was devisee of John Bass senr. praying the passage of a law appointing Commissioners to sell and convey a tract of land in Nottoway county, which was devised to John Bass, jun. by his father John Bass senr. and to make distribution of the proceeds of such sale amongst the several legatees, according to law; or that the county Court of Nottoway may be authorized to make such decree, for the benefit and relief of the petitioners, as many seem just and according to law:
