  Notes	Providence Journal, Rhode Island, Saturday, June 7, 1958 Abraham Bessette Abraham M. Bessette of 109 Park Drive, Riverside, died yesterday after a long illness. He was the husband of Mrs. Eva (Jette) Bessette. Born in South Hadley Falls, Mass., on Feb. 22, 1886, son of the late Pierre and Julia (Grenier) Bessette, he had been and East Providence resident for 40 years. Until his retirement five years ago he was a self-employed painter. Besides his wife he is survived by five sons, Leo, Eugene, Edmund and Ernest Bessette of Riverside and Alphonse Bessette of West Barrington; five daughters, Miss Janet Bessette, Miss Loretta Bessette and Mrs. Daniel Smith, all of Riverside, Mrs. Arthur Coutu of West Warwick and Mrs. Stephen panzerella of East Providence; one brother, Hormedus Bessette of Central Falls, and 17 grandchldren.
