      Isenberger, Jack Alan, 62, of Springfield, lost his battle with cancer on August 27, 2016, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. Born October 6, 1953, in Blair, Nebraska, he was the son of Deloris and the late William "Jack" Isenberger of Springfield. Raised on a farm in Clarke County, Iowa, Jack graduated from Clarke Community High School in Osceola, Iowa. While in high school, he met Fonda Bassett, to whom he was married for 33 years. After high school, Jack sold cars for several years in Des Moines. Upon moving to Springfield in 1978, Jack built homes and later founded Isenberger Development, Inc., which specialized in the construction of subdivisions in Willard and Ozark. An avid Kansas City Chiefs fan, Jack also enjoyed playing golf and riding motorcycles with his friends. Preceded in death by sister Linda and father Jack, survivors include mother Deloris Isenberger, brother Bill (Christy) Isenberger, sister Nancy Smith, Fonda Isenberger, all of Springfield, sons Troy Isenberger of Springfield, Jason (Casie) Isenberger of Bolivar, James (Jaimie) Isenberger of Aurora, and son Viggo and daughter Gisele Isenberger (Emily Prestidge Tan) of Parkville. Other survivors include grandchildren Jessie, Tanner, Austin, Kaden, Brooklyn, Ty, and Kooper Isenberger, plus one niece and nephew. No public memorial service was held.
