  Notes	Omaha World Herald, September 13, 1960 A.C. Bassett Dies in Iowa Hospital The sheriff’s office was notified Wednesday of the death of Arthur C. Bassett, 62, of 1305 Polk Street. Linn County (Ia.) Sheriff James H. Smith reported that Mr. Bassett was found last Saturday lying near railroad tracks seven miles west of Cedar Rapids, Ia. Sheriff Smith theorized that Mr. Bassett had suffered a heart attack and fallen from a train. He died Tuesday in a Cedar Rapids Hospital. The body will be returned to Omaha for burial. Survivors: mother, Mrs. Ida Bassett, Omaha; brother, Herbert, Omaha. Services, 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Crosby-Kunold Mortuary, Burial, Hillcrest.
