Bessette were called to Plattsburgh last week by the illness of their mother, who had suffered a stroke of paralysis, her entire left side being affected. Minnie and Blanche, Noel Bessette’s daughters, went to Plattsburgh on Monday. Mrs. Bessette is 67 years of age, and but slight, hope of her recovery is entertained.
