Frieda Shelton was born March 22, 1926, in Pontiac, Mich. She was a homemaker who lived in Mill City, Tillamook and Sweet Home before moving to Gresham in 2004. In 1944, she married Lemuel "Arthur". Survivors include her sons, Dennis and Ronald; daughter Caroline Hartner; brothers, Tom Shelton and Bob Shelton; sisters, Vivian Miller, Doris Hoff and Ellen Jull; 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Her daughter Sharon Vetter died earlier.
