He was the husband of the late Virginia Bassett Nutile. Victor was born in North Haven July 29, 1915 son of the late Gabriel and Lucille DeMartino Nutile and was a proud WWII veteran serving in the Army Medical Corps. He was the owner of Victor A. Nutile Bus Company, a member of the North Haven VFW, and the North Haven Rotary Club. He is the father of Dennis (Tina Fort-Nutile) Nutile. Brother of Elvera Barboni and the late Julia Barboni, Josephine Cretella, Mary DeFalco, Elsie Wrinn, Lucille Giannotti, and John, Albert, Gabriel, Edward, and Alfred Nutile. Grandfather of Denise Bassett Nutile and great grandfather of Jocepyn and Jessica Nutile. A graveside service will be held Thursday morning at 11:30 in Old Center Cemetery, Elm St. North Haven.
