Darla Lynn Bassett
Darla Lynn Bassett, 33, of Amarillo, died Monday, April 13, 1998. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors Bell Avenue Chapel, 5400 Bell St., with Jim Price officiating. Burial will be in Stinnett. Mrs. Bassett was born in Buffalo, Okla. She worked in sales at Southwestern Bell Telephone. She was non-denominational. She married Teddy O. Bassett in 1985 at Amarillo. Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Ashley Bassett and Katasha Bassett, both of Amarillo; her parents Billy Aaron and Darlene Aaron of Stinnett; a brother, Johnny Aaron of Fritch; and a sister, Lana Fowler-Sims of Stinnett. The family requests memorial be to Pancreas Transplant Research in Mempthis, Tenn.
