  Notes	The Sun Herald Biloxi, Mississippi Thursday, October 24, 2002 Raymond Vincent Bass Service: 10:30 a.m. on Friday in the Biloxi National Cemetery.Biloxi --- Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) Raymond Vincent Bass, 81, died Tuesday, October 22, 2002, in Biloxi.Mr. Bass was a lifelong resident of Biloxi, a member of Nativity BVM Parish and a graduate of the Biloxi High School Class of 1939.He was preceded in death by his parents, Vincent and Frances Bass; his wife, Bernie Wink Bass; and his brother, Billy Bass.Survivors include a son, Raymond Bass Jr. of Pagosa Springs, Colorado; two daughters, Bernie Wink Lieb of Jackson and Meridith Helen Overby of Biloxi; and nine grandchildren.Visitation will be from 6 to 6:30 tonight for family members and from 6:30 to 8 tonight for visitors at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home in Biloxi. Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Biloxi National Cemetery.
