  Notes	Springfield Union, Sunday, August 2, 1959 Mrs. Irene H. Denis Mrs. Irene H. Denis of 46 Alvin St., died at Mercy Hospital Friday night after a brief illness. She was the widow of Albert P. Denis who died on July 16. She was born in this city on June 23, 1890. She was a member of Our Lady of Hope Church. Mrs. Denis was president of the Parent-Teachers Association Council from 1939-41; and was a past vice-president of the State Parent-teachers Association Council. She was active in the League of Woman Voters. She leaves two sons, Albert P. Jr. of Holyoke and Robert B. of Northampton, two daughters, Mrs. James Sullivan and Mrs. William Coleman, both of this city; two sisters, Mrs. Ida B. Moineau and Mrs. Albina Walker, also both of this city; 10 grandchildren and a niece. The funeral will be held at the Bryon funeral home Tuesday at 8 a.m. with a solemn requiem high mass in Our Lady of Hope Church at 9. Burial will be in St. Michael?s Cemetery. Visiting hours at the funeral home are today and Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
