Mrs. Herbert E. Bassett
Funeral services for Mrs. Bernice M. Bassett, 62, of 2205 Second Av., will be at 1 o?clock tomorrow in the Columbia Funeral Home, with burial in Evergreen.
Mrs. Bassett was killed Christmas night in a traffic accident near Issaquah. Her husband, Herbert E. Bassett was injured seriously.
Mrs. Bassett was born in Philadelphia. She came to Seattle in 1933 from Tacoma. She and her husband celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary last June.
Mrs. Bassett was a member of the Grace Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star, Ellensburg, and Court 472 of the Independent Order of Foresters.
She is survived besides her husband by a brother Russell Markland, and a half brother, Charles Whitehurst, both of Ellensburg.
